Guestbook message cannot be processed

hello i have this problem Guestbook message cannot be processed
and i have fullt read and write support with my ftp account
i also read de instructions and give then 777 and 755 rights

You have to give both the "data" directory and all files in that directory Chmod of 777. Have you done that yet?

Also, do you see any warnings or error messages when you submit an entry?

yes i give the folder data 777 and also
the data in the directory
i have no errors only Guestbook message cannot be processed and try again in some minute

Can you look at the error log through your web hosting control panel to see if any error messages are logged when you submit entries? It seems like even though you have set the permission for the files your hosting environment is preventing it. I recommend that you contact your hosting provider and have them force the permissions.

i can not findig some errors but it also verry difficulty
