people ad picture in message guestbook

I added the guestbook from here, great and simple! Thank You..
But i have a question: can people that write a message ad a picture in their message?

Or: the wish is that people can ad picture in the message..

Hello Pete,

To bad that it is not in this version, i have build a site for car rent for weddings. And it would be nice if the couple left a message and a picture from their wedding in the guestbook. That is nice for people to see.
