The new Ooma Mobile HD app login problem

Hi,

I have had the original Ooma Mobile app successfully installed for some time. I am now trying to use the new free Ooma mobile app - but, no matter what I do I cannot make a call. I have entered my "My Ooma" username and password to no avail. I have tried entering it exactly as I enter it for "My Ooma" entry, I have also tried it without gaps. Strangely, if I go to settings in the new app it appears that I may be logged in, but when I use the dial pad to make a call I get a message telling me that I have entered an invalid user name or password. I suppose that I could just keep using my original paid app, but I have read that the new free one has better voice quality and that has piqued my curiosity. Has anyone here had a similar login problem with the new Mobile app ?

Please help.

It looks like they are getting ready to release a new version that fixes the issue, according to the post. For now I recommend keeping the old version that works.
