Add fields

Hi,

I've downloaded and succesfully installed the guestbook but I want to add some more fields like date of birth, city etc. etc.
does anyone know how to do that.

Are you using DigiOz Guestbook (PHP Version) version 1.7.2?

no just 1.7 (PHP) version

There are several security bugs in version 1.7, which is why we no longer support it. Please upgrade to version 1.7.2. I will create a short tutorial in the meantime on how to add new fields in 1.7.2.

Rather then me typing page after page of instructions on how to do this, I created a video:

The video basically walks you through how to add a new field called "Country" to the guestbook. You can use the exact same concept to add other fields. The video is 6 minutes long and 24MB in size. You probably want to pause it ever few seconds to get all the details.
